Our story

For almost five years, our team has managed a residential complex in Teneriffe, Brisbane. On every walk-through, we found important building information scattered across emails, texts, calls, spreadsheets and handwritten notes.

The work was getting done, but recording it later at the office created another layer of admin. The management software we tried didn’t fit the way onsite teams work.

“What if a building manager could manage the entire day from an easy-to-use app—while still walking around the building?”

That question started LIVI: a mobile, connected building record shaped by real operations and the people who depend on them.
